WordPress is a great platform and takes care of about 80% of the mechanics of SEO according to Matt Cutts (Google Spam Chief). While this is true, it does not mean that you can’t improve it further and this is where the SEO plugins come into play. They help your site go that extra mile for added “technical optimizations”.

Note that there are many SEO plugins available out there, and you should always do some research for more information. The ones that I will be recommending here are all from credible sources (developers and on the WP repository), 100% free and tested. I use them either here or my other websites.

The thing about that bloggers post that caught Mitch’s attention was when the blogger mentioned that smaller tags and tag clouds were beneficial because it allowed the reader to focus on what the blog is really about. I’m assuming that having a huge amount of tags would confuse the reader causing him to leave without searching any further.

What is probably new to you is a deal search engine that aggregates the best deals from various well known sources such as Groupon, Wahanda and more. What I find interesting about DealZippy is that you can basically search for any “deals” you want in one place, rather than having to go to different sites.

In a nutshell, DealZippy.co.uk is, as they state:

Deal Zippy offer all the best group buying deals in one place! Think of us as the deal of the day search engine, showing you only the best daily deals. Daily deals also known as group buying discounts are a great way to save and get money off the retail price on many services and goods available to buy online.

Some interesting features about DealZippy is that the user can receive “daily deal alerts” based on the preferences setup initially. Think of it like your own personal “procurement manager”. You tell the interface what your preferences are, and you will get via email deals that are relevant to your selected topics.

Obviously, you can also browse a comprehensive selection of daily deals that ranges from awesome discounts, restaurant deals, travel, health, and more. One advantage of using services such as this one is that you can buy many things that you might be looking for, for a fraction of a regular price in local stores. they do really have “great discounts” over there.

What else? Certainly, there are some questions that you might be thinking of right now, so here’s a short extract from DealZippy’s FAQ section.

1. What is Deal Zippy and how does it work?
Deal Zippy is a daily deal search engine bringing together the best daily deals from the top group buying sites in the UK like Groupon, 118 118 KGB Deals, Wahanda and more. We let you choose the deals you want to see based on your location and preferences.

2. Do Deal Zippy sell deals?
No. Deal Zippy is an aggregator of daily deals, we do however have the option for users to receive bespoke deal alerts based on deal preferences and location.

3. I want the deal, how do I buy it?
If you see a deal you like, simply click the “View Deal” button.

4. Where is the deal I purchased?
As we don’t sell deals you will have to get in touch with the group buying websites from whom you purchased the deal if you have a question regarding your purchase. Here are some helpful links: www.groupon.co.uk www.kgbdeal.co.uk www.wahanda.co.uk www.kelkooselect.co.uk

5. How do I set my preferences?
To set preferences you must have a Deal Zippy account. Once you have signed up simply click My Account” in the top right corner of your screen and choose your preferences.

Simple enough, right? Next time you are looking to buy something, save yourself some money by “searching” for the best daily deal offers first. Just remember that for now, DealZippy offers deals basically in major cities in the UK.

If you are doing business online or thinking of establishing an online presence, web hosting is something that sooner or later you will be coming across with. Having to choose between a good and a bad hosting provider is now more difficult than ever as not only there so many of them, one could easily get overwhelmed by so much “things” they offer. The real question you should be asking yourself when shopping for your web hosting provider are not necessarily the “cheapest” ones.

So, what should you be looking for to help you decide?

There are many ways to do that? One fast and easy way to do it is simply to ask people that you know. This is a proven method as they can provide you with an honest opinion, since they already have the experience to talk about their providers. However, if you don’t have anyone specific in mind to ask for advice, then this is where things start to complicate a bit. You can of course search for information and scour through the thousands of articles out there, until you get satisfied. This is a way to go, but it can be very time consuming.

Another way to go is to use the experience and insights of specific sites that actually do nothing but review, rate and provide you with just about anything you need to know about web hosting. The advantage of using these sites are priceless compared to “rogue” articles out there, that do nothing but pitch you with crap to make a sale.

Such specific sites can offer you information that goes beyond just prices and the so called “unlimited everything”. The problem is that which of them actually deliver what they promise? Hard to know, unless you are backed by a service that is reputable and rated by humans.

Here are some things that you should be concerned about..

You have a great looking site, and ready to take you online business to the next level. You’ve got all your “marketing tools” up and ready to promote your business. You have selected a few elite affiliate networks to work with, and you are all systems go.

Now, what’s missing? The hard part, generating content. Without content, there is nothing for your audience to share or talk about. Without content there is nothing to SEO. Without content, there is nothing for anybody to link back to. Without content, your marketing efforts can be seriously hampered as you need to offer something of value to your potential visitors. Without content, you know the drill…

This remarkable plugin not only pulls the product right out of the Amazons site it places it onto your post complete with customer reviews and lets not forget that all links have your affiliate code embedded in it.

Let’s say for example that I wanted to promote ProBlogger’s newly updated book, one that I haven’t bought and am not likely to ever buy it. Not having a copy I couldn’t just write a post telling people how great it is because that would be dishonest. I could however let WP Zon Builder pull actual customer reviews right from Amazon’s site.

Just take a look at this video I put together that shows you how easy it is to use.

I did however come across GetCurata.com which defines a content curator like this:

A Content Curator is someone who continually finds, groups, organizes and shares the best and most relevant content on a specific issue online.

I guess the above definition should shed a bit more of light about content curation, if you are quite new to the subject.
